You see a way out of your difficult circumstances, while what I see is a way in. Some believers too often look for convenient means to escape from conditions which seem too hard to overcome instead of pressing through the tough times. Abraham believed and it was reckoned to him as righteousness in regards to Isaac’s sacrifice. Tough times don’t last, but determined people, full of faith, overcome hardships of all kinds. Practice persevering tenacity.
Hebrews 11:1-2 (MSG) “The fundamental fact of existence is that this trust in Yehueh, this faith, is the firm foundation under everything that makes life worth living. It’s our handle on what we can’t see. The act of faith is what distinguished our ancestors, set them above the crowd.”
Something happened a while back and it is time for letting go.. Satan had set up for you to stumble.. time has past and you have learned from your mistake. Yehueh wants you to put it behind you, just as the Apostle Paul did. He did not concentrate on what happened in his past. He put it behind him and pressed on into great things. Satan wants you to continually remain a victim, rehearsing the bad things which happened to keep you from what Yehueh has before you.
Philippians 3:13-14 (NASB) “Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of Yehueh in Yehshua Messiah.”
Silence is golden. Less is more. Do not cast your pearls before swine. All of these refer to the ability to keep your mouth closed. Do you have a running commentary on everything that happens? If you do, then you are not observed to be wise. A wise person knows when to and when not to speak. Do not love the sound of your voice – it is not pleasing to Me for you to have endless words.
Proverbs 17:28 (NLV) “Even a fool, when he keeps quiet, is thought to be wise. When he closes his lips, he is thought of as a man of understanding.”
